Billing Authorization & Service Agreement Terms

By submitting the "Authorize Payment" form and beginning a remote support session with Resurge Technology (“we”, “our”), you (“the customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


Stored Payment Authorization


You authorize Resurge Technology to securely store your payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. No charge is made at the time your payment method is stored.


Post-Session Billing Authorization


You authorize Resurge Technology to charge your stored payment method after the completion of your remote support session. Charges will reflect the actual duration of time spent on diagnostics, troubleshooting, configuration, and remediation work performed during the session.


Rate & Time Tracking


All services are billed at the hourly rate communicated prior to the session. Billing may be prorated based on actual time spent, rounded to the nearest 5-minute increment. You will be informed of the current rate before work begins.


Invoice & Receipt


After the session is completed and billing is processed, an itemized invoice and receipt will be automatically emailed to the address you provide. The invoice will include a summary of the service performed, time spent, and total amount charged.


Customer Responsibility


You agree to remain available during the session and understand that time spent waiting on your response, approval, or action may still be billable. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact information you provide.


No Guarantee of Outcome


While every effort is made to resolve your issue, you acknowledge that remote technical work does not guarantee a specific result. Billing is based on time and effort spent, not on guaranteed resolution.



Cancellation Policy


You may cancel the session at any time prior to work beginning at no cost. If work has already begun, time spent up to the cancellation point will be billed.


Disputes & Chargebacks


You agree to contact Resurge Technology with any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may delay future support and may incur administrative fees if deemed fraudulent.



Consent to Remote Access


You grant permission for Resurge Technology to remotely access your device via Zoho Assist for the purpose of performing technical support. You may terminate remote access at any time.



Data & Privacy


Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing support and processing payment. Payment details are securely stored and handled exclusively by Stripe. Resurge Technology does not store or have access to your full card number.
